What we do:

At Super Interns,  we work with 4 groups on different aspects of internship programs:

1. Interns. We teach interns how to find, create, and land internships and turn that experience into better, higher paying jobs and fulfilling careers.  For some qualified candidates, we also offer internships at Super Interns and with our client businesses and organizations.

2. Businesses and Non-Profits. We work with businesses and non-profits of all sizes, from solo-professionals to large corporations, to create, manage, grow, and improve internship programs that are successful, profitable, and truly win-win experiences for both employers and interns.  We also train human resources professionals, including both corporate managers and independent consultants, to expertly utilize The Super Interns System™.

3.  Schools. We help schools, including high schools, trade schools, colleges and universities, and online schools, to design curriculum and create top-notch internship and job placement programs.  Super internship programs attract prospective students and increase applications, enrollment, retention, student and alumni satisfaction, and corporate sponsorship.  We  also do on-campus speaking engagements and educational workshops for students and faculty.

4.  Parents. We give parents the information and tools they need to effectively guide their young adults and recent graduates around education, internships, jobs, and career issues.

Why we do what we do:

Super Interns came to be because we saw a great need:

With the shrinking job market, layoffs, rising unemployment, and overall challenging times we are in, the need for  employers and interns to work together for their mutual benefit is greater than ever before.

These two groups need each other desperately, yet there are very few quality internships.

We believe that internships are an important piece of the puzzle to rebuilding our economy and creating a more prosperous future for all.


Why we  are “Super” Interns:

We believe interns are the real superheroes, and they can really add value to a business or organization.  In some cases, interns can be the difference between a business or non-profit closing their doors or staying open.

Also, many people have a negative perception of interns, seeing them as time and energy vampires and nothing more than entry-level assistants, fetching coffee and making copies.  We want to change that view and show that, with the proper mentorship and systems, interns can be highly contributing members of the team and a real asset to a business or organization.
