Hi! We’re Michelle Demers and Julie Braun,
the Dynamic Duo of Super Interns and Creators of The Super Interns System™
We have recruited, trained, supervised, and mentored over 2,000 interns in all types of settings, including multinational corporations, non-profit organizations, small businesses, solo practices, and home-based businesses.
We’ve worked with interns from all across the country (and beyond the border), virtually by phone, internet, and email, from our own home offices and have mastered creating and managing virtual internship programs.
We’ve worked with interns on projects required to run a successful business or organization, including: branding and corporate identity, web and logo development, online and offline marketing, communications, press, publicity, promotions, social media, events, new business development, product and service development, merchandising, sales, customer service, research, accounting, bookkeeping, and fundraising.
And we’ve worked with all kinds of interns, including high school and college students, unemployed professionals (even upper level managers), and yes, senior citizens too, so we understand how to work well with a diversity of people with greatly varied backgrounds, skills, experiences, and career aspirations.
On the other side of the fence, and just as important, we’ve also been interns in both amazing and downright dismal internships at various times in our careers. So we know from personal experience what interns need and want, and we take great care to make every internship a super one for both the intern and the employer.
We’ve taken all of this experience, plus our methods, tips, tools, secrets, and short-cuts, and created The Super Interns System™, a simple and complete step-by-step formula for businesses and non-profits of all sizes to create super internship programs.
