To be socially responsible means to work with a moral mindset. The Business Dictionary describes it as “the obligation of an organization’s management towards the welfare and interests of the society in which it operates.”

2. THE ENVIRONMENT

One of the easiest ways to practice socially responsible entrepreneurship is to reduce the amount of waste your business produces. Do you have recycling bins in your office? If not, look into getting some! Find out if you can use recycled paper products. Every little bit helps!

You can also look for shelters in your area. Try out some team bonding by volunteering at an organization that helps the less fortunate in your community. Check out some shelter listings near your business.
