TELL US ABOUT YOURSELF

“I’m a senior graphic design major at Hampton University from Long Island, New York. During my free time, I like to create graphic design images, listen to music and hang out with friends. I’ve been working with SuperInterns.com for 4 months as a Graphic Design Extraordinaire. This means I mostly work on graphic design images, newsletters, and the teammate handbook cover. I use Adobe Illustrator to create these images.”

WHAT IS YOUR SUPERPOWER?

“My superpower is that I have willpower and I’m motivated. If I’m doing a project or something I always do my best no matter what it is and I make sure that it gets done on time.”

WHAT ARE YOUR GOALS?

“I would like to work in a movie studio, especially in animations and special effects. I feel like Superinterns.com helped me build my experience because I’ve had to interact with people. I’ve gotten better with communication and time management since working for Superinterns.com. It’s helped a lot because I’ve had to get used to reading messages and interacting with other people virtually. I’ve also gotten better with getting feedback from other teammates and incorporating that into my design.”

WHAT HAVE YOU LEARNED AS A GRAPHIC DESIGN EXTRAORDINAIRE?

“The most important thing I’ve learned was the strategy of having a unique style regarding the design that I’m doing. I like my experience with SuperInterns.com. I feel like I’m more outgoing, and on top of things. I’ve also learned a lot about the business world and how to appropriately execute my style and composition to connect with the audience.”
